About Us

Jacob Boyd, a true Texas native, has had a passion for hunting and fishing since he was a boy. After graduating from Tarleton State University in 2017 with a degree in Wildlife Management he began to run hunts on his property in Woodson, Tx, where he saw an opportunity to bring reasonably priced hunts to hunters from all over the United States.

Jacob established Boyd Hunting and Recreation in 2018 with a vision to offer anyone and everyone the opportunity for a sucessful hunt, regardless of game or experience level.

Jacob strives to create create opportunities and memorable experiences for people who truly appreciate and respect Texas wildlife.
